Our Pastors

Pastor TJ Caparros has been the Lead Pastor of Living Word I.T. Park since January 3, 2016. He is a graduate of The Expositor’s Academy and International Bible Institute. He recently finished his Master’s degree in Biblical and Theological studies at Knox Theological Seminary (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. TJ and his wife, Katrina, live in Cebu City and have two children: Marco and Dia.

Elder Nic Shan has been with Living Word Church IT Park since the start, December 2008. He took some Old Testament courses in IBI (International Bible Institute-Asia), together with his wife Rachel Shan. They both serve in the Men’s & Women’s Ministry.

Dr. Steven Guest has been associated with LWIT Park Church since early 2020. He and his wife Joan have served with The Evangelical Alliance Mission since 1986 in the United Arab Emirates, India, and the Philippines. Dr. Guest holds a PhD in Old Testament Theology from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serves as Professor of Biblical Studies at the Baptist Theological College and Cebu Graduate School of Theology.

Pastor Jojo has been an associate Pastor of Living Word I.T. Park since December 15, 2012. He is one of the pioneering workers who started the work in Living Word IT Park. To date he serves in many various ministries within the church. Jojo and his wife, Michelle, live in Cebu City and have two children: Leila and Luke.

Pastor Mac is serving as the Cebuano Pastor of Living Word IT Park. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Mindanao State University and is a graduate of International Bible Institute. He is married to Geraldyn and is a father of two daughters: Malchiah Geith and Mikhaila Geith.

Growing and flourishing in CHRIST with the Living Word family for over three years now, Nigel has recently come onboard to serve the LORD among the youth. He is a farmer by profession, co-managing his family’s poultry layer business.

Daryl is currently serving as the pastor of the Young Adults Ministry. He is a software developer by profession and plays the guitar in the music team. He lives with his wife Dawn and step-daughter Dione in Cebu City, Philippines.

Kirk is one of the leaders of LWIT Young Adults ministry. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer who graduated from Mindanao State University Iligan Institute of Technology. He is currently connected to Rockwell Land Property Management Corporation as a Building Manager. He and his wife, Jacqueline, are currently residing in Consolacion and both are serving the Lord through LWIT.
