Arfel is the Missions Pastor of Living Word IT Park, serving since July 2025. Born in the U.S. and raised in the Philippines, he grew up surrounded by different cultures, especially while studying in an international school. God used these experiences to shape his heart for cross-cultural ministry. He is passionate about reaching Unreached People Groups and desires to see the Filipino church take part in God’s global mission. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Theology at the Cebu Graduate School of Theology. Arfel lives in Cebu with his wife, and together they serve the Lord in ministry.
